Security Procedures at the Crandon Park Tennis Center

Safety is one of our highest priorities at the Sony Ericsson Open, and we will continue to take every reasonable step to ensure the safety of everyone entering the Crandon Park Tennis Center gates. We will once again be implementing several important security measures in conjunction with Local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies:

1. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays and help to speed the entry of all spectators.

2. All fans will go through a screening process before passing through the Crandon Park Tennis Center entry gates.

3. There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted onto the grounds.

4. All bags are subject to search, must be a single compartment and cannot be larger than 12�Wx12�Hx16�L.

5. Speed lines for those fans without bags will be available at all gates.

6. The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the premises:

• sealed packages of any kind;
• briefcases;
• hard coolers or like containers;
• glass bottles or cans;
• aerosol cans or noisemaking devices;
• alcoholic beverages;
• commercial video cameras or recording devices;
• computers or laptops;
• food (except in limited quantities, or for medical, dietary or infant purposes);
• weapons (regardless of permit);
• pets (unless a service animal);
• flags, banners or signs;
• laser pointing devices;
• tennis racquets;
• bicycles; scooters of any type; in-line skates; roller skates; skateboards;
• and any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the management of the Sony Ericsson Open, in its sole discretion.

Your cooperation, patience and understanding is greatly appreciated as we enhance and expand our security efforts to make your visit to the Sony Ericsson Open safe and enjoyable.

Rain

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted. If the tournament or a session(s) is postponed or cancelled due to weather or other causes beyond our control, Tournament management will make every effort to reasonably accommodate the ticket holder on a subsequent session, if held. Schedule is subject to change.

Reselling of Tickets

The resale or attempted resale of this ticket in or on the grounds at any price is prohibited and will result in the removal from the premises and confiscation of all tickets in the possession of the violator without refund or compensation.

The use or attempted use of lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets is prohibited and such tickets are void. Tickets may not be resold or used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the prior express written consent of the Sony Ericsson Open. Breach of any of the foregoing conditions will automatically terminate the license granted by this ticket, and shall constitute grounds for denial of admission, removal from the grounds, and confiscation of all tickets in the possession of the violator without refund or compensation.

Lost/Reprint Tickets

The Sony Ericsson Open Ticket Office will conduct business with the ticket holder of record only. If season tickets are stolen, a copy of a police report must be presented to the ticket office. A replacement will then be issued free of charge. If tickets are simply lost of left at home, tickets will be replaced for the ORIGINAL TICKET PURCHASER ONLY at a cost of $10.00 per ticket. If replacement tickets are ordered over the phone, they will not be mailed, but will be held at Will Call for pick up at the site. Proper Photo ID will be required to pick up the tickets from Will Call.

Package Checking

All package checkers are required to wear latex gloves.

Guest package search - Any handbag, diaper bag, knapsack, backpack, duffle bag, package or camera bag will be searched prior to entering the grounds. All persons entering the grounds are subject to search.

Package Check tent - Anything that guests wish to check at our package check tent will be searched. The tournament reserves the right to refuse checking service at any time. Any refused package must be removed from the site. Players, Officials, Staff, and Concessionaire package search - Everyone that enters the site is subject to bag searches. All onsite vehicles and delivery vehicles are subject to search.

Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no exchanges will be made.
