The 2007 Sony Ericsson Open set an all-time attendance record with 288,025 guests visiting the Tennis Center at Crandon Park. Guests during the tournament’s 12 days saw not only amazing tennis, but also experienced some of the best entertainment Miami has to offer, including five fashions shows by top designers like Roberto Cavalli and Diane von Furstenberg, a celebrity chef demonstration by Norman Van Aken and Katy Sparks, and live, on-court performances by Jose Feliciano, JoJo, Melissa Jimenez, Boyd Tinsley, Jon Secada and Kelly Rowland.

The women’s final saw Serena Williams record one of the greatest comebacks in tournament history with a 0-6, 7-5, 6-3 victory over World No. 1 Justine Henin to capture her fourth title in Miami.
