Inspired by remarkable play, this intriguing combination of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin, fresh mango puree, apricot brandy, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine is the official cocktail of the Sony Ericsson Open.
SAPPHIRE® Ace
1¼ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin
1½ parts mango juice or puree
½ part apricot brandy or liqueur
½ part simple syrup
squeeze of lime
Shake ingredients and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Drizzle in ¼ part grenadine.
